Refund policy

At Pawzy Pets, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
• Personalized items (such as the Pet Hair Keepsake Pendant) are only eligible for return in the case of a manufacturing defect

Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
